YOGA, MEDITATION & SOUND:
Early in the morning, we start with a sip of silence & tea, and then we meet at the yoga shala to practice, entering the sacred space and accessing the magic of the day with movements and meditation to unlock the wisdom of our waters.
We practice Kundalini Yoga, a thousand-year-old tantric science that focuses on the awakening and the best use of our highest energy, she who is coiled at the base of our spine, our serpent. Kundalini is feminine, powerful, and deeply meditative, involving sacred sound to heal and empower our authentic selves. It's an ecstatic discipline that is meant to transform ourselves.
Before bed we practice again: some good meditation, and restorative movements and we close the day with a Gong bath, to heal and reset our whole body, to seal the transformations, and drift into deep states of sleep.
Priya has a lifelong connection with the spiritual world. She tried to refuse her gifts up until a huge crisis in 2014 that forced her to heal herself from a mysterious illness that no doctor could explain. All related to water... Since then she dedicated her body and soul to the various forms of exploration of the alchemical process of life. She is now a multifaceted artist exhibiting internationally, trained in ancestral shamanism, dream, shadow work, TCM Reflexology, Human design keys, and Kundalini yogic technology.
FLORAL WORKSHOPS & BEAUTY RITUALS:
The floral workshops are a decadent experience of raw beauty pleasing the eye and the soul, rooted with your fingers between wildflowers, with their meanings and symbolism,... we’ll be gently guided from thought to action, from a vision to reality. From the creation of fragrant sensual body oil to a flower crown.
Ilaria will be our guide into the realms of flora. Forever enchanted and inspired by the endless beauty of earth she has created unforgettable floral art arrangements for many years. Flowers are not only the protagonists of her artistic creations but together with herbs are infused into her botanical products, each one formulated to be a token of self-love and a daily celebration of beauty.
Like a flower mermaid, the sea is her home, and facing this element daily brought her into a deep union and understanding of water. Sea as a mirror, waves as trusted shapeshifters.

Food is love. Nourishment is very important for us, together with Masseria’s chefs we created a menù served family style focusing on the power of medicinal food, with spices and herbs, everything is fresh, organic, and cooked with care.
On the wooden dining table, every meal is a banquet of beauty and abundance.
We serve a tasty Italian vegetarian and vegan menu, combining local and seasonal ingredients.

We'll stay at Masseria Specula, a beautiful eco-friendly Masseria from 1800 recently renewed, surrounded by the picturesque green and golden Apulian countryside made of olive groves, and rolling hills, embraced by the healing breeze of the sea.
